How to Install fig2dev software package in Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

fig2dev software package provides Utilities for converting XFig figure files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install fig2dev

fig2dev is installed in your system.

Make ensure the fig2dev package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fig2dev *

You will get with fig2dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
